You're sick......it's almost as if somebody gave you a cold.....My hands are clean, except for the bottle of beer I can't seem to let go of according to you.
You need plenty of bed rest.

wash your hands.
drink lots of fluids. [not beer]
get rest.
take tylenol for aches and pains.
and get more rest.
